Welcome to AIBizDeploy, domain AIBizDeploy.info. These terms govern your use of our digital platform and services.

1. Services

AIBizDeploy offers tailored AI Integration services (the "Services"). Projects may include system analysis, model deployment, and ongoing optimization. Detailed project scope is defined in individual agreements.

2. Info Products

We provide informational materials such as guides, tutorials, and courses ("Info Products"). Access to these materials is granted upon completion of the order process.

3. Goods

We supply physical devices or merchandise ("Goods") necessary for AI Integration implementations. Delivery details are specified in the purchase agreement.

4. Payment and Fees

Fees for Services, Info Products, and Goods are set forth in the applicable order. Payment is due as outlined in your order confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

For Services: You may request a refund or service credit within 7 days of project commencement if deliverables are not met as described. To seek a refund, contact our support team at +14168278524 or via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer the service credit to a future project.

For Info Products: Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. All course materials must not be downloaded or accessed beyond initial preview. Once access is granted, no credits will be issued.

For Goods: Physical items may be sent back for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition. Shipping back is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Defective item issues will be remedied with a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Exceptions: Completed custom development or deployed systems are not eligible for reimbursements after final acceptance. This is due to the bespoke nature of the work and resource allocation.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the email address on file or major notice on our platform. Continued use of AIBizDeploy implies acceptance of changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to any local statutes.
